I just want to shout out everyone who works at AV. They have been phenomenal from the day I walked in to tour their available apartments. The pricing range is perfect, they accommodate and update their amenities accordingly, and the best part: their community events. I’ve always stayed at apartments where they offered events but never followed through. Thank ya’ll so much for really making this my new home and shoutout to my neighbors as well! Everyone is nice and considerate here ☺️ So the answer is YES! Apply and move here! My packages never get stolen and they have reward systems for their tenants. I never want to move!
The staff here is amazing! They are kind and about the business of the living community. I’ve stayed in several different apartments and the office staff can quite the challenge but not here! One of my favorite things about this place is that the clubhouse keeps a great coffee creamer selection and it’s some of the best! Also, I love that the community is not far from anything and that it’s clean around the living areas. No trash build up like some other apartment communities that I’ve been to. As for right now I’m satisfied with the choice. I’ll report back if anything changes! 😊❤️
